MODERN INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES IN PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY IN THE SYSTEM OF NEW TRENDS OF DIGITALIZATION OF ECONOMY
Abstract
The article considers modern features of application of information and communication technologies in professional activity in the conditions of intensive distribution of digital software decisions in economic activity. It is determined that the rapid pace of digitalization of the economy leads to a general transformation of the economic system and result in the formation of new principles and approaches to ensuring the efficiency of business processes. The key role of information and communication technologies in the process of forming the digital economy at the global level is proved.
The aim of the work is to study the specific problems associated with the need to ensure the effectiveness of professional activities in business processes that require the use of digital information and communication technologies.
General principles of application of automated control and communication systems, which operate within the digital economy, are based on algorithms, which are embedded in them at the stage of initial formation of software solutions. Accordingly, we can say that in a digital economy there is a general complication of the system of interaction of information and communication technologies, resulting in new approaches to business process management. But to ensure the proper functioning of such systems requires the presence of enterprises and organizations of qualified professionals who in their professional activities are able to ensure proper interaction of the elements of the digital economy and automated professional management systems. Therefore, the study of these trends makes it possible to reveal additional reserves for improving the efficiency of enterprises in the formation of the digital economy.
The general characteristic of readiness of a certain economic system for digital transformation is determined by the level of introduction of technological innovations related to information and communication technologies in all its links. In practice, the readiness of a particular economic system for digital transformation is determined by the Network Readiness Index (IMG), which is an indicator of the propensity of a country's economic system to use the opportunities provided by information and communication technologies. At the same time, countries with a high value of this index gain significant competitive advantages precisely due to greater readiness to move to the rails of the digital economy of the future.
The network readiness index makes it possible to assess the level of implementation of information and communication technologies both at the level of technological development and at the level of adaptation of management systems to the use of digital solutions. An important element that plays a key role in the application of digital information and communication technologies is the indicator of human capital, ie qualification and professional readiness of people for digital transformation and practical application of information technologies in business processes.
Based on the study, we can conclude that ensuring high efficiency of information and communication technologies in the process of forming the digital economy should provide a multi-component approach and include measures for the transformation of the national economy.
