Abstract

The scientific article theoretically examines aspects of the influence of demographic factors on consumer behavior and their implementation of the processes of formation and satisfaction of individual needs. On the basis of the realized office marketing researches demographic factors are structured and their influence is certain on the size of requirements in educational services of bread-winners of pre-higher and higher education. The article examines the conditions that determine and limit the processes of formation and satisfaction of the needs of individual consumers in educational services
