MANAGEMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION'S OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE ITS COMPETITIVENESS
Abstract
The article considers the importance of proper management of the operational activities of the organization for ensuring competitiveness and successful functioning in the market. It has been grounded that the post-transformation of the current economy creates risks for the proper functioning of the operational systems of organizations. The main threats for the operational activity of the organization were introduced: low reliability of deliveries; victoria of outdated technologies; low competence of managers and operational staff; the inconvenience of the operational strategy with the overall strategy of the organization and other functional strategies; the high lowness is likened to the calm; unpredictability of competitors; the high sluggishness of the outer core of the functioning of the organization. The main direct improvement of the operational management system in the organization was introduced: improvement of materials, technology and equipment; improvement of information security of operational activity; promotion of qualifications for personnel; improved quality control of products; activation of scientific research work; implementation of energy-saving technologies; promotion of competitiveness of products. The need for a different strategic approach to the management of the operational activities of the organization is grounded. The main competitive advantages that are necessary for the successful functioning of an organization in the market are reviewed: low price of products, high quality of products, quick response to changes in the market, dominance of the higher market, the presence of the present.
