TRANSFORMATION OF THE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF THE ENTERPRISE IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITALIZATION OF THE ECONOMY

Abstract

The article discusses modern approaches to the formation of an effective personnel management system of a manufacturing enterprise, which are formed on the basis of the wide application of new information and digital technologies in the production process. It was determined that the formation of the digital economy has the consequence of the transformation of the general system of industrial relations, including in the field of labor, as a result of which the working conditions change and new forms of employment of employees arise. All this results in a significant complication of the personnel management system and leads to the need to expand operational control over the performance of production tasks by the management circuit of the business entity. It is proven that the key element that allows solving the mentioned problems is the wide integration into the personnel management system of the enterprise of new digital software solutions that are able to effectively interact with production networks and function online as controlling elements of the management circuit at all levels of the enterprise's business processes . It was determined that increasing the efficiency of the personnel management system at a modern enterprise is impossible without the introduction of digital technologies not only in the production process, but also in the personnel management system of the business entity in general. It has been proven that the application of specialized information solutions in the process of forming integrated digital systems of enterprise personnel management is an objective necessity in modern economic conditions and it determines the effectiveness of the implementation of managerial functions by the enterprise's management.

The modern specificity of the formation of approaches to personnel management of the enterprise undergoes significant changes under the influence of dynamic changes occurring in general in the economic system. At the same time, the rapid technological development of society has the most significant impact on these processes, the result of which is the emergence of new forms of employment and the widespread introduction of digital and information technologies into the practice of activities at all levels of functioning business processes. At the same time, it should be noted that the spread of information solutions in work processes concerns not only production, but also becomes an integral part of management activities, trade and the service sector. Thus, the company's personnel management system is significantly complicated in conditions where each employee performs his work depending not only on management instructions, but also focusing on a complex system of digital software solutions, on the basis of which the tasks are directly performed.

Another, but extremely important feature that affects the construction of an effective personnel management system of a business entity is a system of digital software solutions that are introduced into the management process and based on the application of which there is a constant ongoing control over the effectiveness of the work of each individual employee - starting from the volume performed tasks, to the study of the peculiarities of the use of working time and automatic chronometry of the performed works by each individual worker. Moreover, the latest innovative technologies make it possible to directly transfer part of the activities of personnel management, planning of its work, and control over the execution of production plans to automated systems that function on the basis of the application of artificial intelligence and cognitive technologies
