MECHANISM OF MANAGEMENT OF THE MARKET CAPITALIZATION OF ENTERPRISES
Abstract
In the article, the mechanism of managing the market capitalization of the enterprise was developed. A critical analysis of the content of scientific publications by scientists revealed differences in their views regarding the interpretation of the essence and components of the market capitalization management mechanism of enterprises and complexes. Accordingly, the mechanism for managing the market capitalization of enterprises is proposed to be considered as a set of methods, principles, and tools used by the subjects of enterprise management to increase their market value and increase competitiveness. The purpose, goals, principles, methods, functions and tools of the market capitalization management mechanism of the enterprise are disclosed in detail in the work. It is substantiated that the formation of the market capitalization management mechanism is to ensure the increase in the market value of enterprises as a basis for ensuring its competitiveness. As a subject of management, a mechanism is top-managers of enterprises, that is interested in the increase of them market capitalization, come forward as a subject of management a mechanism. An object are processes of management market capitalization of enterprises. Defined management goals market capitalization of enterprises. Such principles of managing the market capitalization of enterprises as scientificity, goal-setting, strategic orientation, flexibility, efficiency, systematicity are proposed. Among the methods of management the market capitalization of enterprises are economic, administrative, socio-psychological. The functions of managing the processes of the market capitalization of enterprises are given: planning (developing a strategy for increasing the market capitalization of the enterprise), organization (forming a network of organizational relations within the enterprise and determining the persons responsible for the processes of increasing the market capitalization of the enterprise), stimulation (encouraging the personnel of the enterprise to improve the effectiveness of their activities), control (comparison of planned indicators regarding the growth of the enterpriseʼs capitalization with the actual values obtained), evaluation (identification of reserves for increasing the value of the enterprise), mobilization (attraction of the necessary resources that will be aimed at increasing the value of the enterprise), information (collection, processing and analysis of information on the market value enterprise). The implementation of such elements of the mechanism will increase the market value of the enterprise and ensure its competitiveness.
