Abstract

Scientific research in the development of information support for logistics processes in trade is becoming a key tool for developing strategies that will contribute to the effective use of technologies, optimization of logistics processes and increased competitiveness in the global business environment. It is justified that the development of information support for logistics processes in trade includes a number of features that contribute to the effective management of supply chains and ensure the optimal operation of all logistics components. Under the development of information support of logistics processes in trade, it is expedient to understand the complex dynamic transformation of technological, automation, and integration means and approaches aimed at optimizing and increasing the efficiency of logistics processes in the field of trade. This process includes the introduction of automated management systems, the use of the Internet of Things for monitoring and data collection, the use of cloud technologies for information storage and exchange, the use of analytics and artificial intelligence for informed decision-making.
