STRESS MANAGEMENT IN DOMESTIC ORGANIZATIONS IN WAR CONDITIONS
Abstract
The article examines the issue of improving personnel management in the organization and increasing the efficiency of human resources use. It was revealed that Ukraine occupies a leading position among the countries of the European Union in terms of the level of employee stress, significantly ahead of Poland, Germany, Italy and almost twice the similar indicators in Spain and the Netherlands. It was found that work and work-related issues are the second most common cause of stress among Ukrainians. It was found that the lion's share of employees is negatively affected by stress and leads to a decrease in their work efficiency. In addition, stress leads to the deterioration of the health of employees, can cause professional burnout syndrome. It was determined that in order to reduce the stress of employees in domestic organizations, corporate parties, professional development and adaptation of employees are practiced. At the same time, there is very little practice in providing workers with professional psychological help, which they desperately need in wartime conditions, when there is long-term severe stress. It is suggested that domestic organizations intensify the use of stress management to reduce stress among employees and improve their psychological state. For this, it is suggested to use the services of professional psychologists and use the following approaches: individual psychotherapy and counseling; group therapy and psychological trainings; crisis intervention; development of self-support and resilience strategies. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure the formation and development of employees' basic stress competencies: stress resistance, stress adaptability, constructive coping, constructive role interaction.
