Abstract

The article discusses the issue of digitization of the modern world economy. A trend towards an increase in the specific share of digitalized enterprises in the production of world GDP has been revealed. The need for digital transformation of domestic enterprises is substantiated. Digitalization of business processes of domestic enterprises is proposed: basic (operational); auxiliary; managers It was determined that digitalization provides a number of advantages for the activities of domestic enterprises and allows: to optimize business processes; create new products and services; to improve the quality of products and services due to the growth of their innovativeness; increase labor productivity; reduce costs; speed up the production process; improve the process of management decision-making; speed up the process of development and implementation of innovations; speed up and simplify communications; increase the flexibility and adaptability of enterprises due to the automation of production processes; to increase the competitiveness of enterprises. It was determined that digitalization also carries certain risks for the activities of domestic enterprises: the occurrence of problems in the operation of computer systems, the risk of cyber attacks on the enterprise, the leakage of important information, the emergence of resistance to changes in the enterprise. Therefore, during the digital transformation of enterprises, it is necessary to ensure the adoption of reasonable management decisions in this area and ensure proper risk management in this direction. It is proposed to take the following measures to minimize risks in the field of digital transformation of domestic enterprises: carry out an assessment of the state of the internal and external environment of enterprises; achieve a common vision of the necessity and perspective of their digital transformation; determine the priority of digital innovation implementation projects; to form and develop a culture of innovation.
