MECHANISMS OF PROVIDING EFFECTIVE ACTIVITY OF GREEN TOURISM ACTORS IN THE REGION

Abstract

The main directions of the formation of organizational and economic mechanism of stimulation of entrepreneurship in the field of green tourism at the regional level were covered in the article. The main criteria, functions, methods and principles of the mechanisms of stimulation of business processes in the field of green tourism were examined. The structure of the investigated mechanisms with the emphasis on the possible benefits for the region, entrepreneurs and tourists was analyzed.

It was defined, that the organizational and economic mechanisms for stimulating the subjects of green tourism form an interconnected set of functions, principles, methods and forms of stimulating the effective development of green tourism in the region, that ensure the achievement and maintenance of the optimal level of the usage of the natural resource potential. Based on the revealed features of the functioning of green tourism enterprises in the region, the main provisions for the formation of an effective organizational and economic mechanism for stimulating green tourism entities were substantiated. In particular, the principles of its construction were defined. They form the basis for the formation and implementation of an effective organizational and economic mechanism for the stimulation of the entities of green tourism.

The effective functioning of the investigated mechanisms is achieved by means of the unity of its objective function, the commonality of the criteria for the effective development of green tourism in the region as the basic basis of all the elements of the mechanisms and the adjustment of functional interrelations between the objects and subjects of green tourism and the harmonization of their interests. The component structure of the mechanisms includes objects, subjects, methods, forms, forms and tools of stimulation.

The scheme of functioning of the organizational and economic mechanism of stimulation of the subjects of green tourism at the regional level implies a complex combination of all its components. Consequently, the effectiveness of the functioning of the investigated mechanism in the region will mainly depend on the unity of its target function in general and for each element in particular; the commonality of the criteria for the effective development of green tourism as the basis of all the elements of the mechanism; the establishment of functional interrelationships between objects and subjects of green tourism.

The organizational and economic mechanism of stimulation of the subjects green tourism is an integral part of the national economic mechanism and must accord with other economic mechanisms that regulate the functioning of both tourism and related industries and sectors of social production, which operate at all stages of the functioning of tourism activity, are oriented towards the effective operation and rational use of natural resources potential. We propose the organizational and economic mechanism of stimulation of green tourism subjects to be considered as a system of functions, tools and principles of the effective development of this tourism in the region
