Abstract

The scientific work is devoted to the analysis of the concept and methods of personnel selection, the process of digitalization of personnel recruitment. In the conditions of the modern development of business processes and the influence of world trends on global and national business, the quality construction of the personnel management system is one of the key factors for the success of the entire system. One of the most dynamically changing aspects of the personnel management system is the process of personnel selection and hiring, which undergoes changes under the influence of the development of labor market institutions. The development of the market of private recruitment agencies, the use of new technologies of direct recruitment, outsourcing - all this affects the process of selection and hiring of personnel. The article examines the use of certain recruitment automation tools that help employers better manage their candidate experience and hiring process with increasing application volume.

In recent years, there have been significant changes in the recruiting process for a number of reasons: institutional changes in the labor market, changes in companies' requirements for candidates due to the instability of the financial situation of many organizations, the impact of the pandemic, military aggression, the greater relevance of remote work, the growing influence of platform employment trends, etc. For many, the main trend in the organization has become the digitization of the recruitment process, which means the use of technologies that will allow automating and thereby simplifying the tasks and work processes of recruiting. The entire recruiting cycle is gradually being digitized - from posting job ads, screening resumes, step-by-step selection of candidates to agreeing on terms of employment, and so on. For many organizations, technologies that facilitate the process of screening resumes, or the use of chatbots, are an opportunity to reduce financial and time costs, which, in turn, help to get out of the stagnation in which, for certain economic reasons, many representatives of domestic business.

Undoubtedly, the digitalization of processes is a great advantage in the search and selection of personnel. Automation allows you to reduce the amount of manual work, reduce time and other costs, increase productivity and speed of decision-making. By digitizing such routine processes as posting job ads and scheduling interviews, recruiters can not only focus on more meaningful work, such as building relationships with candidates, but also reduce the organization's financial costs. However, within the framework of this issue, a clear understanding of the process of hiring personnel and an understanding of the types of tools for automating these processes is necessary.
