METHODICAL PRINCIPLES FOR EVALUATION OF ENTERPRISE PERSONNEL MOTIVATION SYSTEM

Abstract

In a market economy, the competitiveness of an enterprise depends on the ability to adapt quickly to changing environmental factors. At the same time, the achievement of this goal depends on the internal factors of the enterprise development. in particular, the human factor that is crucial for a business entity to succeed in competition. However, in order for human resources to provide the enterprise with effective development, it is important to use effective technologies to motivate employees.

However, management's lack of understanding of the importance of motivation; inability to determine the motivational priorities of a particular company, to ensure that the results of work are linked to staff evaluation, and the methods of motivation - to the actual social needs of employees; the absence of effective incentives adapted to market relations, specific conditions of work, consistent with the needs, interests and requests of employees, necessitates the development of new approaches to the motivation of staff at domestic enterprises in modern socio-economic conditions of development.

In the same time, much of the theoretical and practical issues of staff motivation in terms of market relations require in-depth study, as the conceptual and terminological consistency of staff motivation is rather contradictory, which is due to the fact that understanding content, exploring methods, principles and principles management is still in the formation stage.

The article examines and systematizes the existing methodological approaches to the evaluation of the personnel motivation system, identifies their advantages and disadvantages; Applied recommendations for the formation and evaluation of the staff motivation system are considered.
