FEATURES OF FORMATION OF ECONOMIC SYSTEM OF STIMULATION OF DEVELOPMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES PROCESSING

Abstract

The article presents the approaches of scientists to the definition of «system». It is justified that for the development of complex industries for advanced processing of natural resources located within the region, it is necessary to create an effective system of economic incentives.

The advantages and disadvantages of advanced processing of natural resources are presented, on the basis of which it is concluded that their development will increase the socio-ecological and economic level of our country's economy and will contribute to the sustainable development of their regions.

It is revealed that the main advantage of having and developing the production of a full cycle of advanced processing of natural resources will be the preservation and increase of added value, which will increase the financial revenues to the budgets of local territorial communities and state budgets, in particular, increase of profits of processing enterprises, GDP growth and more. It is shown that in addition to the development of state-of-the-art processing, it is necessary to extend the stages (process) of processing, as this will increase the value chain.

The formation of the goals and objectives of the system of economic stimulation of the development of natural resources processing will be influenced by certain environmental factors.

The purpose and objectives of the system of economic stimulation of the development of natural resources processing in our country have been determined. The relevant conclusions are drawn.
