THE ROLE OF STARTUPS IN THE BREAKDOW OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH
Abstract
The article shows that innovations and research are an effective way of overcoming crisis phenomena, promoting competitive products and developing high technology markets. This is a good environment for startups. The lack of financing of innovative business, the lack of knowledge in the formation of young people, comprehension of the idea, opportunities for its implementation were noted. The necessity of reorientation of the education and science system from the theoretical to the practical side, the combination of science and entrepreneurship is pointed out. It is a condition for rapid and efficient development of innovations in market conditions.
The main features of startups as an economic category and a form of innovative entrepreneurship are highlighted: novelty and uniqueness of the idea; company flexibility; fast start-up period; dependence on the founder, his intelligence; the need for real investment; high investment risk; sale of this business model. The basic characteristics have been improved, namely, teamwork, successful and timely involvement of resources, development of the concept of market activity. The stages of development of startups are indicated. The principles of formation of a capable startup are formulated. The following are examples of startups, such well known IT companies as Apple, Microsoft, Google, Skype, Blogger, YouTube, which originated as startups. There are two main approaches to their implementation: copying a successful foreign resource; Creating an online business based on new, unique ideas. The need to develop regional programs to support innovative start-ups, which will create new jobs and reduce the unemployment rate in a specific region; enhance innovation; introduce tax incentives for beginners and investors; create favorable conditions for attracting foreign investment in Ukraine. It is important to create a network of technoparks, business incubators and innovation centers across the country, providing them with funding and equipment, as well as appropriate training in the regions.
