REGIONAL FEATURES OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC EXCLUSION OF PERSONNEL ON ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article considers regional peculiarities of socio-economic exclusion of personnel at enterprises on the example of the Volyn region, defines the main indicators by which its evaluation is carried out, outlines factors that have caused deepening of personnel rejection at enterprises, measures are proposed to reduce social and economic exclusion.

Under social rejection (exultation) understands the phenomenon that individual people or groups of people suffer from a series of interrelated problems such as lack or low income, poor living conditions, lack of access to vital services (health care, education, social assistance), to participate in social, cultural or political life, as well as to communicate with friends and relatives. There are four main types of social exclusion: 1) economic (low income); 2) political; 3) cultural; 4) social (social services and social inclusion). The article will focus on the first and fourth types of exclusion. We will evaluate the economic esclus for such indicators as: the number of vacancies at the end of the year, the load per vacancy at the end of the year, the number of staff members, the average monthly wage. The social exulus is determined by the following indicators: population provision by doctors per 10,000 population at the end of the year, subsidized households.

In the Volyn region there is a socio-economic exclusion. These processes accelerate territorial placement, introduction of a visa-free regime, low wages and social security. It should be noted that the main measures that would reduce the socioeconomic exultation are: 1) improvement of working conditions and social security by enterprises; 2) creation of funds for material incentives; 3) increasing productivity; 4) reduction of material and energy intensity of products; 5) search for new markets; 6) observance of the principles of social responsibility of business, etc
