PROFESSIONAL ETHICS OF A MANAGER IN IMPROVING THE MANAGEMENT OF AN ORGANIZATION
Abstract
The article examines the features of professional and ethical aspects of a manager's behavior in an organization in modern conditions. The need to adhere to ethical principles and norms of behavior when making effective management decisions in an organization is revealed. The importance of management's understanding of team and individual relationships in an organization is noted. The need to respond in a timely manner to requests and requirements of the organization's operating environment and to build ethical organizational relationships is indicated. Ethical dilemmas in a manager's professional activity are indicated. The manager's focus on creating effective interaction with business partners, colleagues, subordinates and clients is substantiated. The expediency of management making ethically correct organizational decisions in an organization is outlined. The expediency of expanding the boundaries of leadership influence on subordinates, the development of leadership competencies by a manager and the need to act ethically and thoughtfully are characterized. The constituent elements that contribute to the professional development of managers in an organization are indicated.
