METHODOLOGY OF MANAGEMENT OF INTEGRATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF SUBJECTS OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Abstract
The article examines the critical need for modern subjects of entrepreneurship to adapt to dynamic external environments to ensure their development. The study highlights the role of management in integrating social, organizational, technological, and financial factors to maintain enterprise sustainability, emphasizes the necessity of improving methodologies for managing the integrative development of business entities, addressing scientific challenges such as the creation of advanced management models and practical tasks like enhancing responsiveness and long-term efficiency.
The research incorporates an analysis of existing studies, identifying gaps in addressing integrative development, which includes both analysis of the main financial indicators of activity, and modern approaches that focus on flexibility and adaptability, as well as the use of modern information technologies, proposes a three-phase framework for managing integrative development, encompassing strategy formation, analysis of economic indicators, and decision-making for further development. Each phase considers key factors like financial performance, external environment analysis, competitive advantages, and the incorporation of modern technologies. The findings suggest that integrative development requires a holistic and adaptive management approach, leveraging innovative tools like artificial intelligence and digital transformation to address current and future challenges. The three-phase methodology is designed to be cyclical to ensure continuous adaptation and improvement, allowing enterprises to revisit and refine their strategies, analyze evolving economic indicators, and make informed decisions in response to dynamic external and internal changes.
