Abstract

In Ukraine, the processes of socio-economic tension are intensifying. This is due not only to military actions within the country but also to the COVID-19 pandemic. The country faces an urgent need to develop measures not only at the national level but also at the regional level to stimulate the business climate in the territories.

The aim of the study is to explore optimal management models for enterprise activities that would promote regional development under conditions of socio-psychological tension.

The article examines the management of enterprise activities under conditions of socio-economic tension. An analysis of the literature has confirmed the relevance of the research topic. Territorial communities must interact with businesses. During periods of socio-economic tension, it is essential to find a balance between communities and enterprises. This balance can be achieved by overcoming socio-economic tension, implementing sustainable development goals, and fostering social well-being.

The study identifies that the war and the COVID-19 pandemic have intensified socio-economic tensions in the country. To build an effective system of cooperation, four priorities need to be implemented: finding a niche in the market, aligning with the sustainable development of the community, engaging in partnerships based on mutual benefit, and forming a development budget for the community.

The management of enterprise activities under conditions of socio-economic tension should take into account the interests of the community. The socio-economic climate of the community shapes the socio-economic climate of the enterprise, and vice versa. To reduce socio-economic tension, the territorial community develops a strategy that aligns with sustainable development goals and promotes social well-being.

Enterprises contribute to community well-being by developing management systems. The management of enterprise activities is carried out through tools, methods, indicators, and strategies that aim to achieve sustainable development goals. Within this framework, four priorities for effective interaction between enterprises and communities are implemented.
