A MECHANISM TO ENSURE THE DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL TRADE-RELATED ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Abstract

The article develops a mechanism for ensuring the development of entrepreneurship in the region in the field of trade. Such elements of the mechanism as assessment of the development of entrepreneurship in the region in the field of trade, justification of the goal of development of entrepreneurship in the field of trade, determination of goals of development of entrepreneurship in the field of trade, formation of regional policy of development of entrepreneurship in the field of trade, implementation of regional policy of development of entrepreneurship in the field of trade, control over the implementation of regional policy of development of entrepreneurship in the field of trade, implementation of goals of development of entrepreneurship in the field of trade. It is proposed to assess the development of entrepreneurship in the region in the field of trade in two directions: assessment of the prerequisites for the development of entrepreneurship in the field of trade; assessment of the results of the development of entrepreneurship in the field of trade. Three types of regional policies are substantiated: for regions with a low level of development - a regional policy for transforming the processes of entrepreneurship development in the field of trade; for regions with an average level of development − a regional policy for ensuring the stability of entrepreneurship development in the field of trade; for regions with a high level of development - a regional policy of boosting the development of entrepreneurship in the field of trade. It is proved that the proposed mechanism will activate the development of entrepreneurship in the field of trade in all regions of the state.
