Abstract

The article points out that in the conditions of neo-industrial economy the role of managing the value of business is increasing through increasing physical activity, creating favorable working conditions, ensuring the execution of processes in the shortest possible time with minimal costs and high quality. It is proposed to use a client-oriented approach, which is able to increase the value of the enterprise and ensure the reduction of financial burden on the enterprise, the budget of the social insurance fund of Ukraine. Examples are given of the relationship between enterprise value and physical activity and sleep at Aetna Insurance Company, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the United Kingdom at Rand Corporation, the Wellcome Trust Charitable Foundation with the Sleep Switch, the University of Sydney, the American National Institute. Measures to increase physical activity and sleep through which businesses will manage their value are suggested.

Given the complex nature of the financial burden, the multifaceted nature of its content, as well as the lack of sound approaches to the combination of physical activity and sleep with the cost of the enterprise, there is a need to study the value management of the enterprise through increasing physical activity and sleep in employees. This will increase labor productivity and reduce the burden on the temporary disability benefit fund of the enterprise.

The management of the cost of physical activity and sleep is significantly limited due to its low level of indicativeness and manageability. Cost management at the micro level should be focused on maximizing the fundamental stakeholder value of the enterprise, which characterizes its aggregate value from the point of view of the efficiency of financial and economic activity and the level of relationships with stakeholders. Features of modern models of valuation of enterprises cause the corresponding problems of their use in value management at the micro level. Such problems are the lack of adequacy of valuation of the market value of enterprises for the purposes of value management, transfer to the process of managing the cost of deficiencies in enterprise management by the criterion of profit maximization, difficulty in determining cash flows, ignoring the benefits of many stakeholder groups. Improvement of indicators and models of valuation of enterprises should provide for determination of the indicator of fundamental stakeholder value of enterprises on the basis of a broader understanding of their value. Employees of the company are stakeholders, so in order to manage the value of the company should pay more attention to their physical activity and sleep, which will increase productivity. The main measures should be: 1) formation of physical culture as an element of corporate culture of the enterprise; 2) conducting regular competitions between units in the form of locomotive activity during lunch breaks or introducing weekly "health days"; 3) stimulate employees to sleep for at least 7-8 hours at home by concluding additional agreements related to reduced working hours or bonuses; 4) the introduction of lunchtime sleep in the workplace as a form of relaxation in specially designated rooms under the supervision of specialists.
