MODERN TOOLS AND MODELS OF STAFF MOTIVATION
Abstract
The article is devoted to consideration of modern tools, approaches and models of staff motivation. The article studies modern problems of motivation of enterprise personnel in the context of balancing the needs and interests of personnel and owners. The main emphasis is placed on the intersubjectivity of management. The article examines the model of specific and individual remuneration, which indicates the importance of an individual approach to each employee, the model of motivation based on expectations of the best and rewarding the desired behaviour of employees, the model of solving employee problems, which emphasises the importance of manager's involvement in employee problems, the model of strengths and weaknesses of employees, which is aimed at identifying the strengths and weaknesses of employees and strengthening them through effective interaction. The modern models of personnel management, in particular those based on modern approaches to neuromotivation, are studied. It is determined that the main trends in motivating the staff of an organisation in modern conditions are: an increase in result orientation, focus on continuous improvement in both professional and personal aspects, focus on positive reinforcement to change undesirable behaviour, individualisation of the approach to motivating each employee, reduction of the time period between the results achieved and the reward received.
